O.P. can't use tabbed chats

Hello.
I have Windows Live MSN ver 8.1.0178.00 and Messenger Plus ver 4.23.0.276 (latest version) - Hebrew version.
I can't use tabbed chats.
When I enter to the Messenger Plus configuration, I can't check any box (look at the picture).

What is the problem?
it's because my messenger is in hebrew language?

(and i'm sorry about my lame english).

You are using a RTL (Right to Left) language thus disabling tabbed chats... read here for more.
