Hi, I'm configuring an event to let me know when a user signs it.
It works, I get the sound but the pop up doesn't show.
The configuration is ok, any ideas why the popup is not showing?

I have the Messenger popups disabled, I tried enabling them but no difference

you tried setting it up in plus?

go to the plus button>preferences>alerts and sounds and set up an event to show a popup when a contact comes on/goes off
