MsgPlus includes the function for extract Messenger resources. So I have installed Messenger 9 (in english) and I extract and translate msglang. Now there is a function (in MsgPlus or none) or a way to re-make the DLL?
You could always create a skin to include all your translations.
But really you shouldn't have 9.0 unless you're an official tester, where in future if not now, you will have access to translated versions of messenger
