Hi,

I have heard storys that msgpluslive contains malware, spyware and causes popups. Is this true?

Has this ever happened with products that were released in the past?
Does it happen with the new version?

It does not contain any malware, it only contains an optional sponsor software which is classed as adware (it simply displays popup ads, none of which should be obscene or anything like that) but you can select not to install it during setup.
It has contained this optional sponsor software for as long as I can remember.
