O.P. USB Headset/Mic Won't Operate with MLM
Hi all....hoping someone can help. I've got a Logitech Premium Notebook Headset, PN 980445-0403, that I'm trying to use on my main XP machine running WLM 8.1. When I run the audio setup wizard within WLM, it set's up fine....both the headset and microphone set up good. But, when I try to make a computer to computer call, or a call to a telephone, the audio reverts away from the headset, and to my external speakers....same for the microphone (I don't have another microphone connected, but the USB mic on the headset doesn't work).
I've even set ALL the audio settings in the control panel under Sounds and Audio Devices to the Logitech device....still no luck.
This headset/mic is a plug and play device. I use it on WLM on a couple other machines with no problem at all....it works perfectly.
If anyone could help, I'd sure appreciate it.
