IMO if we've had to wait THIS long for a SP release, it should have at least SOME compatibility with 9.0


Big ups to TB for finally releasing it....


1st problem: Not compatible/tested on pre Windows XP systems?
2nd problem: Not tested on pre 8.5.1302?
3rd problem: Stuffplug failed to load. Restarted Messenger/PC nothing.


WOW...All these months/year for this? Disapointing release TB.

Besides the SLOW release, your cockiness and atittude is the cause of declined popularity of Stuffplug.

Answers:
1) Windows Live Messenger requires at least Windows XP. StuffPlug is an addon for Windows Live Messenger.
2 and 3) On the Stuffplug forums you posted that you use MSN Messenger 7. Just like MsgPlus! Live isn't compatible with MSN builds, StuffPlug 3.5 isn't compatible with MSN builds, but with WLM builds.

I don't think people appreciate this is not TB's job and that his school work pushes him for time. This is a solid release in my opinion. StuffPlug 4 is already in development which will contain Windows Live Messenger 9 compatibility.

Yes indeed! It was a pleasure to test this and translate it (note: Dutch translation is included!). I think that the feature list is very good, despite all limitations and conflicts TheBlasphemer faced with MSN 7.5, WLM 8.0, 8.1 and now 8.5, I think he's done an awesome job to add new features and update the older features.
