O.P. Problem with Messenger Enhancer-3.0.23.30

I've got this downloaded, it appears are the script icon, however whenever I try to import it messenger gives me this message.

It's likely that your browser corrupted the file when you downloaded it, making it unusable, but when you downloaded it again it downloaded properly.
