Just reading something about the new AOL messenger, where it says 'User is typing a message' it is replaced by exacly what there typing that second. Possible to be turned into a script?

To put it simply, no, and even if it was possible then both people would need the script installed.

It has been asked before, so search and you'll be able to find more information about it.

Ok then, thats all i wanted to know.
