I'm new here, and my english it's not so good.. so I hope so that you will understand what is my problem

Well.. I have Messenger Plus live, and I have ONE file that is "Encrypted Log File"
and I know password.. And when it's start to opening in half way..

"An error occurred while trying to decrypt your file. Please reboot or try again on another computer.. "

But I try, and nothing..

Is there any hope that I will open this log?



And you are my last hope...
I really need that file..

If you tried to open it on another computer, and if it failed to decrypt it there too, then the file should have been corrupted, there isn't more thing you can do.

People encounters this problem many times, you can search this forum with the error sentence in quotation marks and you can read what they did to achieve opening those files.
