Messenger Plus! Live (You must have Windows Live Messenger installed before instaling Messenger Plus! Live)

i already installed Windows Live Messenger... but i dun hav the programn to open .plsk file type... any program to open it ?

.plsk files are opened with Plus!, do you have Plus! installed properly and running?
