How do I turn this feature on?

What feature? You must give more detail about what you want to do?

I just wanna see if this person has been online since the last time we talked.

That can be viewed within the contact clean-up window, I believe

You can also right click the contact in your contact list>Messenger Plus features>Contact information.

Just to clarify, this feature only tells you the last time you saw them online (i.e. the last time you were both online at the same time). It will not record any time they were signed in and you were not.

Damn, that sucks.  I wanted to see if they were online at sometime that I wasn't.  Oh well.
