i just been told to uninstall this as it`ll fill my pc up with adwear and spywear is this true ?

No this is not true, it does come with a sponsor (ad-ware) which is optional. Messenger Plus! Live contains NO spyware.

If you do not wish to install the optional sponsor software (which is a form of adware), simply select not to during the installation of MsgPlus.
