I have tried downloading Messenger Plus all the lil add ons, but every time I restart the comp it vanishs and I come back on to the normal msn Im using the latest msn could this be the problem?

You mean msn 8.5 or the BETA 9.0?

either is not a problem basilis so why ask?

have you got any software tat prevents installing any software? I forget the name but basically it locks a windows system image then whenever you reboot it will reboot into that saved image, all modification you performed in the last session will be gone (maybe except stuff like my documents folder i think you can configure it

im using 9.0 and on vista home basic
