O.P. please read: wont let me download new version!
i just reinstalled my computer so i dont have the newest version of msn
so when i go to windows messenger it asks me if i want to download the new version but then it says "This application has failed to start because Winhttp.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
so i did a google search on downloading winhttp.dll but it still wont work.
anybody have any suggestions of what i should do?
