Hi everybody,

sometimes I give out an email address on this forum so that people can contact me directly about a problem, translators can contact me with a question, and beta testers can contact me about something particular they want to talk about. I welcome all emails but you must understand that I simply cannot reply to all of them, I would spend my days doing only that. This forum is here for that reason, there is a much better chance that I'll reply to you here (and please, no "Patchou see this" title, these will be moderated).

Some people have made a habit of forwarding me the same email over and over again every week or so until I give a sign of life. Please don't, this is just annoying and plain useless. There's no reason to email me several times about the same thing, unless you got a message from my server telling you your message was detected as spam (rarely happens). You can be sure that I got your message, that I read it or will read it soon, and that I'll consider whatever bug or request you submitted to me.
