O.P. Install problem - help please?

Hi

I'm trying to install Windows Live Messenger v8 (?) - latest - and get the message "Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger\abssm.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory"

This prevents me going any further!

Can anyone help please?

Are you logged on as an Administrator or just a normal account? Also, XP or Vista?
