I tried accessing my old MP!L chat logs (saved in html format) which I have them saved in a thumbdrive but I couldn't read them unless I move these files back to the default directory C:\Docs Settings\My Chat Logs.

Is there any way I could view these logs in other locations? I reformat my computer quite often and its a hassle moving back all the chat logs to the default directory.

Nagamasa, thanks but I don't have that log encryption option ticked. As far as I understand, I can't decrypt something which I have not encrypted no?

I think you want to see your chat log folders in Folders List of Log Viewer of Messenger Plus! Live. To see the folders in which you have chat log files, set the path for Messenger Plus! Chat Logs as your thumbdrive that your log files are in (Messenger Plus! Live Preferences>Conversations>Chat Logging>"Store logs in:")

If you don't want to change that, the Log Viewer can open individual log files in the way you'd expect to view files in random locations.
