okay here is my problem..last night I was recording sounds from my window media player and it works fine..but today when I try it just record nothing no sounds nothing. I went to my sound configuration and check and everything is working fine.. can anyone please help me ?

Select the appropriate input device while recording your emotion sound (You will see a "Select Input" button (if avaliable) where you record the emotion sound, it mustn't be set to for instance "microphone" while recording from media player.)

If the file is supported by Plus!, you can directly convert it to an emotion sound, no need to record anything.

Also have a "emoticon sound" issue. Since upgrading to the latest WLM & MPL the icon (normally located in the chat window) is gone!!

I am unable to send any emoticon sounds.

Whats up with that?? Is this a MPL issue or a WLM issue??

XP Pro SP2 (legit & fully updated)
AV scans daily (definitions updated daily)
SW scans daily (definitions updated daily)
FW is active with zero tolerance for everything incoming

Well now this is a surprising twist... I have dealt with this issue since the last WLM update came out... yet I post 1 msg regarding this topic on this site and suddenly it starts working again.

So... which prog junkie turned it back on (retorical question folks, as long as it works I really don't care who); MS or MPL. (but thx)
