O.P. Sad  Does MP!L disable ads in WLM?
That's what I want to know- I'm missing a lot of things from my WLM when I sign in with my main account...like the ads,tabs,phone options,etc
Please help:|

Have you, or anyone else applied any patches to messenger eg. aPatch or Mess Patch?

You still appear to have the Ad, if that is indeed your messenger, so that would lead me to think that possibly the ad is being blocked by a 3rd party app or HOSTS file edit (which will not allow your computer to make connections to X,Y,Z server/website) I know that Webroot's SpywareSweeper has a HOSTS file ad blocker shield thing inside it that does this.

It could also be the same for the Tabs not appearing
