O.P. i can't download
i can not download the new version of messenger plus live... does anybody know why? please answer me because i want this version:D:D

I just tried and couldn't download it either. Also got time-out for downloading a skin again, last i heard it was being looked at.

In the meantime you can download Messenger Plus! Live itself from my website here (choose "local").
