I just realised that my time zone wasnt updated now that Daylight Savings is over. So i just thought that maybe it could be updated once again.

yes, i have the same problem now that it's over, does it needs to be updated by oneself or it's automatic?...

if WDZ used the php5 datetime library he could auto detect daylight savings

hmm, DateTime::getOffset()? Would that require every user to select a timezone like "America/New_York" instead of a simple GMT offset?

yes , but choosing America/New_York is sexier (and easier for timezone newbs ) than choosing a GMT offset

If you don't know your GMT offset, you suck. Seriously. Even an 8 year old knows his GMT offset
Hopefully if I switch on the DST thing, it won't change my time (simply because I'm not in a timezone that has DST )

Now that i have enabled DST Correction the time is 2 hours off -_-
