Is there any script that can change your personal message into your own URL ?

Not at present, but I believe this is an expected feature of WLM 9.0 (projected release Early 2009)

Feel free to set your personal message as an URL. Because people who have you on their lists can easily go to that URL by a single or a few click(s) if they use WLM 9.0 or Messenger Plus! Live with any Messenger version.
