Yes, block them. Then you can neither be seen by them when online nor take messages from them.

Or try hard not to change anything while using Messenger

yeah but they know if i go idle even or not? anoying lol isnt there a way to be online without blocking, they see everything in pop ups

Almost the only thing that happens by itself in Messenger is to be going to Idle after some inactivitiy. But if you untick the option in Messenger's Options>Personal>Status>"Show me as Away if I am not active for X minutes" then it never changes your status to Idle. But you cannot prevent others from seeing what you change in Messenger like display picture, display name & personal message.
