O.P. Error code when signing in.

I made a new hotmail account. Every time I try and sign into it I get this.

All of my @live accounts let me sign in, and my old hotmail accounts sign in, but every time I make a new hotmail account this happens.

Help?

This message tells you to put your address like this for example:

eejay@hotmail.com

Are you sure you you put it like this?

Yep, I just typed the email address in there
