I set sign-in notification for all contacts but It doesn't appear at all when I'm online, busy, away or offline , and no events are recorded in event viewer while I enabled it .. any solutions ? I tried to uninstall WLM 9.0 and msg plus and re-install , but It didn't help .. I tried with WLM 8.5 and It works fine ..
any ideas ?

I suggest you stick to 8.5 version since it is fully tested and works great with Messenger Plus! Live. 9.0 is a BETA and contain bugs. Messenger Plus! cannot guarantee that it will work the same with 9.0 as it works with 8.5
