Windows XP Service Pack 3 (5.1.2600)
Windows Live Messenger 8.5.1018
Messenger Plus! Live 4.70.0.334
MessPatch 8.5.1302.1018


hi, I set up a pop3 email account in messenger plus (my isp email account; www.tpg.com.au), I pressed the test button and it worked, but I can't find any button to press to check my inbox from msn like I can with the hotmail account..any help?

The pop3 email should just display a toast message when you receive an email IIRC

oh like the little box above the systray? any way to get a button on msn that links to the inbox like the standard hotmail inbox button?

otherwise it's a bit of a waste of a feature imo..

If the Messenger Plus! Live popup menus were normal menus and not custom created ones then we could popup the menu when a system tray icon is clicked however because they are dynamically created at the time the button is clicked this is impossible.
