I agree. pls someone make Hannah Montana skin. I'm Turkish and I don't understand how to make a skin. my English isn't good at all. besides I saw at least 3 people who want Hannah Montana skin.

it will allow you to change your wallpaper, while not being a full skin, it's still pretty good.
