You should be fine if you changed your pass and didn't run any suspicious files.
Finish the problem

We may temporarily access your MSN account to do a combination
of the following:
1.  Send Instant Messages to your friends promoting this site.
2.  Introduce new entertaining sites to your friends via Instant Messages.

They shouldnt do anything that will harm your account but they will spam your contacts list ;)
No longer here.

Changing your password ASAP was the only correct thing you could do....

That phising site is notorious and is spreading like wildfire.

NEVER EVER log in into stuff like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only purpose of 'MSN FRIENDS' is to get your login info. It is NOT to "just" send some instant messages from your account to your friends behind your back (which already breaks WLM eula and is already illegal todo). It is a password stealing scam.

ANY site which does not use the official Windows Live Signin assistant should not be trusted with your login data!

-----------------

You might spread this info around to your contacts, especially to those who send you that link. They should change their password ASAP! And tell them to never ever log in to such sites.

-----------------

I've added that link to the already long list of mirror links from that site and reported it to MS to be blocked.
