I'm not allowed to use msn at work, and I really need to know how to stop the light blinking everytime someone send me a message. I already turned the sound off, but how can I turn the light off??

AFAIK, you can't as Windows sends the FlashWindow message to get your attention to the program. I don't think it's possible to block the control message from being received

Messenger Plus! Live Enhancer, which is a script, gives you the ability to stop the flashing of Messenger windows and taskbar buttons. Just install it and configure its settings.
