1. How about add a way to sort member list by country and rep posts??? I do think is possible since the flags in forum feature has been developed... people without it will appear relagated... this will help to find people of some specific country you need to talk...
2. How to save last sort for next sort keep this order??? for example sort by rep post and them by country... in this way you will see your country's best poster (assuming is the one with more + reps)... etc...

Click on the 'list members' link when you hoover over a country. Since the parameter minpostnum is set to 0 you wil see all members with 0 or more posts, aka everybody from that country.
but yeah, it could indeed be made a bit more easier to find if it was integrated in the memberlist.php.
