O.P. Huh?  Video Call Echo
When making a video call my voice has an echo but the receiving person's voice does not. How do I fix?

RE: Video Call Echo
Does this occur with every contact? It may be that your contact has his/her microphone too close to the speakers, which can get you an echo of your own voice...

Or, if you're using speakers instead of earphones I have noticed a bit of reverb if they are too close to the mic.

Thank you for your suggestions. We are both using newer laptops that have built-in microphones and speakers. He is the only person I have ever video-called, so not sure if this would happen with other calls.

I would recommend using earphone then as the mic might be built to close to the speakers...
