Whenever I chat with someone in WLM there's this annoying message always showing up at the bottom of the chat window displaying "Last message received at (time) on (date)". How can I disable this message from showing all the time? Thanks

AFAIK there isn't a way to do it properly with Messenger, but you can get rid of it by editing the UIFiles. I made a simple skin that edits the conversation window to hide the convo status bar (you can turn this on and off, the bar is hidden by default).

EDIT: The skin only works with WLM 8.5, I don't skin betas.
