O.P. Huh?  Can I disable WLLoginProxy.exe?
WLLoginProxy.exe  is a process running in the background associated with WLM. I found it running in Task Manager. Can I uninstall it? Is it essential for the proper functioning of WLM?
Here is a link with info to uninstall it:

Yes, I know HOW to disable it. My post asks if disabling/removing this process will affect WLM functionality and if so, if it is an essential process.

It's not essential and you can uninstall it.  It  helps you login to multiple .NET accounts from you pc. (wlm, live mail etc).

So you can uninstall it.
