Yes, it is possible to make scripts that steal your password (or worse). The reason is that Plus! does not limit what the scripts can do in any way, basically they can much harm as an executable program (.exe). However, scripts downloaded from the official script database are tested and approved before they are added to the site, so those scripts can be trusted.
