O.P. Enabling tabbed chats screws Aero Alt+tab and Flip3d

With plus! installed on a vista machine (aero capable) and with "tabbed chats" enabled, thumbnails will not refresh with alt+tab (messenger icon is displayed instead for conversations) while the chat windows doesn't even appear on flip3d.

hmm, anyone else experiencing thins as well?
