You may want to try this skin. Liverpool is included in it. I don't think someone will make a skin exclusively for Liverpool, although it has been discussed a skin that would include all Premier League teams.

Yes i was working on such a skin then had to reformat my computer and forgot to backup the data, but im slowly working on it again now
