torrent drive dl manager

O.P. torrent drive dl manager
because of my slow ass internet i can't download 5gb in 12 hours, which is exactly what i need to do to obtain my 4.9gb torrent file of imageshack's torrent drive, so i have download them all and free download manager but i cannot get either of them to download tgz file i'm requesting each time i try it downloads what i suspect is the php, all i end up with is index.html, can someone suggest a download manager that will allow me to pause this download?
