O.P. What do you think about the update of Windows Live services?
If you didn't notice the update on these services yet, visit one of your friends or your own Windows Live profile page and some more pages including Windows Live Hotmail.
There are changes like a "My Network" which includes your Messenger and Friends lists all together. Things have been changed completely or slightly for many services that Windows Live offers. Also the accordingly updated desktop applications like Messenger, Mail etc. are in Beta testing period currently and probably be released publicly soon, maybe before the new year.
