O.P. strange toast message
Right after signing in to WLM maybe 10 mins ago, a toast showed that I've never seen before, and I have no idea why either.

It is promoting the Mobile WLM so you can text your friends and vice versa from with Windows Live Messenger. You get charged per message or something like that I forget exactly how it works.
