O.P. HELP (clicked 'hide the menu bar')

GUYS, I need some help. ^o)

i need help;!
at the top of the chat window i clicked 'hide the menu bar' so now i can't send nuges, emotshoins, winks, backgrounds, add peeple 2 convos, start a webcam, share files, OH i could be here all day talking of what i have lost!! do you know how 2 get it back i have tried downloading again twice i'v done everythin' BUT trow the computer out the window
!!!!!

I use windows live messenger- 2008 8.5 beta 2
