I am using Windows Live Messenger 2009 Beta, and I've downloaded the Messenger Plus for it. It's working fine apart from my chat logs. They're still there in the folder I used to save them in, but they aren't updating for some reason... I've made sure they're enabled. I tried disabling them and then enabling again. I also tried changing the location they're saved in... but it didn't help. I checked with a couple of friends, and they seem to be having the same problem.
Could someone please help or offer advice?

I have the same thing but with the rc version of messenger 2009.

The weird thing is.. My chatlogs with plus aren't updating (only the folder itself is.. so it made a january 2009 folder (although my logs aren't updated anymore since I updated to the rc version on the 15th of december), but the logs are working for a friend of mine who has the very same version of everything

Plus isn't yet compatible with the 2009 RC and so features won't be working properly.

Patchou has just released a beta version to all testers and expects to have a public release online in around two weeks (could be before, could be after).

There can't be an exact release date yet as beta testing has only just started and there could be problems we encounter that take longer to fix.

I'd rather remain vague at this stage than promise it'll be out in two weeks, as history has shown that when exact date targets are missed, it results in chaos!

Oh I realise that, it wasn't meant as a 'dig' at you, rather a tongue-in-cheek comment

As much as I want the new version of Plus!, I'm old enough to realise that all good things come to those who wait
