O.P. Cant Send Webcam.
Today I  Installed MsgPlus! to the newest MSN out and i cant click on my webcam button. all i can do is request a video call. Oh yeah, and my contacts can request to see my webcam i just cant send the request to them. Is this todo with MsgPlus! Or Not ?

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

RE: Cant Send Webcam.
Try upgrading your webcam software.  Or uninstalling it and re-installing it.

There is a known compatibility issue between some webcams and WLM 2009 however
