O.P. Strange issue with Messenger Plus.
I recently had A-Patch installed (big mistake) uninstalled per Dev's instructions (removed patch settings)

Installed Messenger Plus. love it.

I only see the Plus settings menu on first boot of MSN messenger (from startup)

If I close Messenger and re-open it. it seems it doens't work least settings dont popup.

Any idea?

Ah. Figured it out. PC Tools Security Service. I have some ins with someone at PC Tools. I'll see if we can resolve the confliction
