i installed the beta Microsoft windows 7 but the windows messenger 8.5 LITE from msgshit is not working on it... so am back to vista...
any one know how to fix it?

They say that Windows Live Messenger 2009 works perfectly on Windows 7 when set to compatibility mode to Windows Vista.

i am talking about the wlm lite lite lite not the normal one... the msn that u don't install on ur pc and can use it... u can check for it at msgshit site.......

PROTIP: Installing Windows Live Messenger 2009 instead of using that thinstall'd version will help.

Have you tried running it in vista compatibility mode?

yes i did but it didn't work... am thinking if i should first run the wlm 2009 in vista compatibility mood and then the wlm lite in vista compatibility mood but am back to vista......... i need to check who's using the windows 7 to check if it will work
