When using Polygamy on Windows 7 the jump lists do not work correctly and simply open a new messenger.exe window, is there a way of avoiding this? Apart from the obvious of turning off Polygamy.

I think this was already reported somewhere, though I can't remember if it was in the beta forum or in a public one. In any case, this is fixed in the beta build but there is nothing you can do in the current build to prevent this.
