I had to re-load window on my computer, and saved my chat logs on to a disc, and now i cant copy them back on to my computer for some reason.

when i put the disc in and click on the chat logs, it comes up with Page cannot be displayed.

does anyone know how to solve this, if possible?

were the WLM logs or Messenger Plus! Logs?

if they were Plus! ones, were they encrypted?

have you copied them back into exactly the same location that they came from?

what are you trying to use to view them?

can you post a screenshot?

They were Messenger plus logs and they were encrypted i think but
it wont let me copy them at all back onto the pc, it comes up with cannot read the source file. 
when i click on them to open them straight from the disc it comes up in the messenger plus chat log viewer but says 'page cannot be displayed'

Go to Plus! > Preferences > Conversations > Logs Encryption > Re-Encryption

i know the password to the logs i dont need to re-encrypt them, they just wont work, or copy onto my pc

Are you sure that your disk isn't scratched, damaged in any way and was written to successfully? I've had problems like this due to scratches... also, it could maybe be some sought of permission problem.

The Disc Definately works, because, before i re-loaded windows, i tried the disc out and it worked, and so did the chat logs. but after it was reloaded, they wouldnt work anymore, but everything else on the disc still works.
