I have messenger 14.0.8050.1202, and Messenger plus 4.80.
I keep getting this error when i try 2 send a custom sound file.The default ones work.

I tried reinstalling MSN, i dont have any addons installed.I dont know whats the problem.

I hope that someone has a solution for this.Thanks.

Someone on IRC is having the same problem right now.

Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0.6000)
Windows Live Messenger 8.1.0178
Messenger Plus! Live 4.80.0.356

When trying to send a custom sound, text shows in the conversation window instead:
**internal**[Messenger Plus! Sound] - Data{FF80DE6F3B59} - Death Note 2

Coincidently, somebody else on the Dutch forum reported the same problem earlier today too.

Turned out he had a custom emoticon with an keyboard shortcut that interferes with the custom sound text data.
Finish the problem
