Hey, can you please help me.
I had some problems with installing windows live messenger 2009 and when I finally somehow opened my msn, I wanted to install msn puls.
then I installed it (version MsgPlusLive-483) and also tried version 482, 481 and 479 but none of them didn't work when I opened my messenger. than I read all your posts but I can't find solution..
I haven't smiley center and none of this programs that can be problem. but I saw that you were mention Windows Live OneCare, I got that and tried to remove it in control panel but I can't :S is that maybe a problem or what? I don't know what to do anymore.. I tried uninstall it install it again several times, and restart computer but it still don't work.

what else can I do?
thank you very much..

Did you try the following thread?

Messenger Plus! Live Disappears after restart

If you have none of those programs listed, could you please post a screenshot of your Add/Remove Programs (Programs & Features on Vista/7) as there may be another incompatible program that we are as yet unaware of.

Hi,
I have the same problem. Even when i re-install other MSN and messenger plus version, i haven't found plus option existed in MSN toolbar. I captured the picture from Add/remover program, but i don't know how to attach the file. Can you advice the method to me?

When you write a new message there's a box at the bottom to upload an attachment.  Use that to attach your picture

Try removing the Trend Micro scanner perhaps?

Some anti-virus programs incorrectly block Messenger Plus! Live from functioning

Actually, i use trend micro from beginning and the messenger plus is normal. it became not workable just when i was forced to upgrade to MSN 9.0. But the problem is it still does not exist in MSN toolbar even i recovered to MSN 8.5.
