O.P. MS exchange email......plz help!
Dear all,

Please refer to the attached image regarding this silly error when i try to write an email using my work's mail service, although it works correctly on other web browsers...IE is the only one displaying "no box" to write in...

Yes, I have seen this before. The main problem is that DHTML editing isn't working so you have to unregister and re-register two files:

regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\dhtmled.ocx"
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\triedit.dll"

Hello, and thanks for the fast reply!

However, after opening that folder, i found it empty.

Besides, am not that familiar with how to do it even if i found any files inside !

Please help me more into this...

run those commands listed in start > run :p

but they won't work if the files aren't there, so...

Your company's IT department needs to apply that hotfix to exchange for OWA to work with IE 7. Exchange 2003 SP 2 needs to be installed before that hotfix can be installed.
