O.P. Huh?  Help examine HiJackThis Results!
I pretty sure I have a virus and my anti virus isn't picking it up, please help by looking over my HiJackThis results and telling me what to delete

P.s. When deleting off of HiJackThis i have to be booted into "Safe mode", right?

You're clean. You do have a ridiculous number of startup processes, but nothing strikes me as suspicious (I googled some of the things I wasn't sure about).

The only thing you might want to look at is the O1s. It's not obvious whether you mean to have those items in your hosts file or not.
